At BookMyCostume, we want your celebrations to be perfect; if your costume doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn and retain their original tags and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check Preparation
Place the costume back in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories like hats, wands, or masks are included and the tags are intact.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package and provide a pickup receipt.
Refund Processing
Once the costume passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
